Downtime alerts and notification settings
ShopWatch now tells you when your shop goes down - and when it is back. Which alerts you get is your choice in the account settings.
Down and back up
When the uptime check cannot reach your shop, you get an e-mail naming the reason we saw. When the shop answers again, a second mail closes the incident with its duration.
Your rules
Under Settings you decide which alerts reach you. Nothing is sent that you switched off, and nothing is sent twice for the same incident.
Never miss an update
Enable the weekly digest in your account settings to receive new updates by email.
