I'm not technical. Can I get anything out of this?
Yes. ShopWatch is not a list of errors: for every action it says why it matters and what to do, in plain language. You can follow the instructions yourself or simply hand them to your agency or developer.
What do I get out of it in the first week?
After one to two minutes you see where your shop stands and the three actions with the biggest lever. In the first week most people fix one or two of them - and with Standard see in the history whether it worked.
Pay only for the shops you monitor
Standard and Agency include a fixed number of shops; each additional one costs €50 per month, pro-rated from the day you add it. Remove a shop and the next invoice goes down accordingly. No minimum term, cancel any time.
How does billing work, and can I cancel?
Monthly plans are billed each month and you can cancel anytime - your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Annual plans are billed once per year at a discount.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and we adjust your next invoice accordingly.
Can I change which shop I monitor?
Yes. You can swap the shop domain you monitor whenever you like, within the shop limit of your plan.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All prices are net. VAT is added at checkout where applicable, based on your billing details.
